Kat Heldman is a local North County resident and parent. She graduated with honors from Washington State University in 2000 with a degree in Human Development and minors in Psychology and Anthropology.

She brings ethics, hard work, and a proven track record in negotiation and deal resolution. Her goal is to provide you with a knowledgeable and understanding advocate to help you achieve your real estate goals.

She is constantly striving to become a more valuable resource to her clients by taking ongoing classes and further certifications. Kat is actively involved in the San Diego community and volunteers with several local charitable agencies.

Outside the world of open houses and offer negotiations, you’ll find me clipped into a harness halfway up a rock wall or bombing down singletrack on my mountain bike.

From red-rock canyons to snow-covered alpine routes to the trails right here in North County, every adventure teaches me something I carry into my work.

Home for me is North County Coastal San Diego — where beach culture, amazing food, local coffee shops, and the vibrant Encinitas community create an incredible quality of life. I love the balance of ocean, wellness, adventure, and community that makes this area so unique.
